Adam Robert, CFP, APMA was featured as the cover story for Strictly Business Magazine in June, 2022. On February 8, 2022, SUNY Plattsburgh announced Christina Ubl’s appointment to its college council by Gov. Kathy Hochul. Christina will serve through June 30, 2026 on the 10-person council, which serves as an oversight and advisory body to the campus and to the president and senior administration of SUNY Plattsburgh, in accordance with New York State Education Law.
Christina tells us she feels honored and looks forward to contributing to her alma mater’s positive impact on students’ lives and the Plattsburgh community.

North Country financial planner named to College Council
Adam joined Bryce Hanson, host and creator of the podcast "Figure It Out", to talk about life as a parent, Star Wars, how he ended up working at Clute Wealth Management, and everything in between.
In early June, Christina joined a panel of local experts to discuss simple ways to give during the "Securing our Region's Future with Gift Planning" virtual event hosted by The Foundation of Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH) and their local partners, Alice Hyde Medical Center and Elizabethtown Community Hospital.
May's theme for Strictly Business Magazine was "Money & Banking", so they invited a few experts to answer 3 - 5 short questions about their industry and the trends they see in their fields.
On April 26th, 2021 Heidi Clute and Christina Ubl were the keynote speakers for the SUNY Plattsburgh Legacy Giving Event, held virtually to educate attendees about the options available to people when looking to give a legacy gift to the college, as well as honoring Heidi's generous contribution to the school.
On April 15th, Christina and Adam joined Morgan from SUNY Plattsburgh to host a virtual "Financial Forum" to answer questions from soon to be college graduates about a wide range of financial topics including the difference between 401ks and IRAs, strategies to pay off debts, strategies to help younger adults save, and more.
In Strictly Business Magazine's article "Inspiring Innovation: Decades of Delivering" , Christina Ubl was featured alongside her tablemates at the Strictly Business Forum. The group shared insights on the North Country business community over the years and the "rich stories and lessons learned from many wins and losses encountered along the way".
