Client Relationship Manager
Client Relationship Manager needed for a busy financial services firm (professional office setting). Primary responsibilities include developing asset allocation plans, data input, assisting clients and investment research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
The ideal candidate must have good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a strong attention to detail. Candidates must be flexible, self-motivated and a team player.
Essential Functions:
- Act as liaison between clients and multiple advisors
- Follow-up with advisors after client meetings to determine next steps
- Attend client meetings, as needed, in a technical, supporting and learning role
- Provide support to advisors on research tasks, clients, and other areas as required
- Utilize client database to document all interactions, requests and next steps for clients
- Preparing paperwork as requested
- Collect data from clients to be used in financial planning models: client financial statements, tax returns, estate planning documents
- Read current investment and economic research/literature
- Prepare client presentations/performance reviews
- Participate in the portfolio review/monitoring process and work in collaboration with team to manage cash flow, tax issues, etc. associated with client portfolios
- Placing online trades for clients as directed
- Review investment and trading issues, as needed
- Evaluate and monitor performance of mutual funds and separately managed accounts
- Review client data and files for completeness
- Provide client relationship assistance
- Coordination of Compliance materials and submissions
- Compose and generate correspondence/documents, including spreadsheets & reports
